Mommy Makeover

A breast lift procedure restores the breast and the nipple back to a more youthful and aesthetically pleasing position on the chest while tightening the skin of the breast to enhance and improve the shape of your breast. Should you wish to add volume, an implant can be performed simultaneously to help lift the breast, reposition the nipple and add volume lost due to pregnancy or weight fluctuations.
Ideal Candidate
  • Moms who have breast deflation or drooping
  • Moms who had a C-section or vaginal birth
  • Can be performed any time after pregnancy, even years later
Recovery Time
  • Go out to dinner the night after surgery
  • Return to Work: 3 - 5 days
  • Return to Exercise:
    5 days (light cardio),
    3 - 4 weeks (more strenuous)
During a tummy tuck excess fat is removed, the abdominal muscles are tightened, and the excess skin is trimmed away; giving you a more contoured, youthful post-baby body. Dr. Lefkowitz will use liposuction to help remove unwanted fat and can also revise or remove a c-section scar entirely. The goal is a natural, sculpted, and aesthetically balanced abdominal contour, utilizing the technique that suits you best.
Ideal Candidate
  • Moms with excess skin and fat of the abdomen
  • BMI less than 28
  • More than 6 months after giving birth (allow for full recovery after birth)
  • More than 3 months after any gynecologic surgery (ovarian cysts, fallopian tubes, hysterectomy, etc)
Recovery Time
  • Back to Work: 10 - 14 days
  • Return to Exercise:
    2 - 4 weeks (light cardio),
    6 - 8 weeks (more strenuous)
